I was raised in the Montrose community and now enjoying raising my five year old son Bryan here.  We participate in many local activities such as golf, skiing, softball, volleyball, basketball, fishing, camping, and playing with Hot Wheels and Legos.  We love the weather in the Montrose area (not to hot, not to cold), it’s provides us the opportunity to get out and take advantage of all the outdoor activities.  It’s a great place to live and raise a family.
