Manufactured Homes (UBC)

When a UBC (Uniform Building Code) manufactured home is placed on a permanent foundation, on it's own lot in most cases it will qualify for a standard conforming loan. There is no reason the purchasers of a UBC manufactured home should pay higher rates than home buyers of stick built dwellings.

Mobile Homes (HUD Approved)

There are numerous programs available for the purchase of new or existing mobile homes. To qualify homes must be attached to a permanent foundation. on their own lot (not in a mobile home parks), and title must be purged (now considered real property and not chattel).

FHA - A loan to purchase a new or existing mobile home that is on a permanent foundation and has not been moved from it's original site.

VA - A loan to purchase a new or existing mobile home on a permanent foundation, to eligible veterans.

FmHA 100% no Money Down - A loan used to purchase a new mobile home from approved dealers. Your First Mortgage loan professional can provide you with a list of approved local dealers.
