This view of Morrow Point Lake was taken from the rest area above Hermit Rest Trail, off HWY 92 on the North Rim.

The park is located approximately 250 miles SW of Denver.  South Rim: 15 miles east of Montrose, via U.S. Hwy 50 and CO Hwy 347.   North Rim: 11 miles south of Crawford, via CO Hwy 92 and North Rim Road (closed in winter).
